Due to the nature of digital products, all crochet pattern sales are final.
Once a pattern has been purchased and downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available. This applies to all PDF patterns and instant-download items.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:
The file is corrupt or inaccessible, and a replacement cannot be provided, or
You were charged multiple times for the same pattern.
